Do you remove the old door?

Yes — removal and disposal of your existing door is included in the installation price. There are no hidden extras. We'll take it away, leaving your garage ready for the new door.

What colours are available?

We offer over 40 RAL powder-coat colours as standard, including the most popular choices: Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), White (RAL 9016), Chartwell Green, Slate Blue and many more. Custom colours are available on request.

Can I open the door if there's a power cut?

Yes — all our electric and smart doors include a manual override cord so you can operate the door by hand during a power outage. It's simple to use and requires no tools.

What's included in the guarantee?

Our most popular models include a 7-year motor warranty plus 5-year guarantee on all parts and workmanship. In the rare event anything goes wrong, we'll repair or replace at no cost to you.

Which model is best for limited headroom?

The Kingsmere Compact is our limited headroom roller garage door — requiring just 205mm of headroom. It's ideal for garages where a standard door simply won't fit.
